Our community partners also strengthen local leadership by supporting governance structures, developing facilities, and empowering traditional leaders to shape local development priorities.

Together, we also support women changemakers to establish small businesses, strengthen existing livelihoods, and create new income opportunities through business start-up support and smallholder agriculture initiatives. Additionally we equip young people with practical vocational skills that are in demand but often difficult to access.
